1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

2. Licence and Access

Creative Sauce grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Agents through the Dashboard for your personal or business use, subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

This licence expressly prohibits the following:

Your access to the Platform is strictly personal and tied to your individual account. You may not use another person's account or allow others to use your account. Creative Sauce retains all intellectual property rights, ownership, and title to all Agents, including their code, algorithms, models, and configurations.

3. Subscription Plans and Credits

Creative Sauce offers the following subscription options. All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

3.1 Free Plan
  • Cost: Free, no credit card required
  • Credits: 500 one-off credits allocated on sign-up. Credits do not renew and cannot be topped up without upgrading.
  • Includes: Access to 5 core agents and 1 AI platform tracked for GEO visibility
  • When credits are exhausted, Agent runs are paused until the account is upgraded to a paid plan
3.2 Pro Plan
  • Cost: £39 per month (monthly billing) or £31 per month billed annually (£372 per year)
  • Credits: 2,000 credits refreshed at the start of each billing period
  • Includes: All 22 Agents (Starter and Pro), all 5 AI platforms tracked, up to 15 custom prompts, competitor tracking, reports and CSV export
  • PAYG overage applies at £0.004 per credit when the monthly allocation is exceeded (see Section 3.5)
  • Billing: Automatically charged on the same date each month or year
  • Cancellation: May be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
3.3 Business Plan
  • Cost: £69 per month (monthly billing) or £55 per month billed annually (£660 per year)
  • Credits: 20,000 credits refreshed at the start of each billing period
  • Includes: Everything in Pro plus multi-brand workspaces, up to 5 team seats, white-label reports, API access, 50 custom prompts, multi-location tracking, and a dedicated onboarding session
  • PAYG overage applies at £0.003 per credit when the monthly allocation is exceeded (see Section 3.5)
  • Billing: Automatically charged on the same date each month or year
  • Cancellation: May be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
3.4 How Credits Work

Credits are consumed each time an Agent run is executed. The credit cost varies by Agent type and scope. As a guide:

  • One GEO visibility scan across all 5 AI platforms = 40 credits
  • One GEO visibility scan on a single AI platform = 8 credits
  • Other Agent tasks are measured proportionally and documented in the Dashboard

Unused credits at the end of a billing period do not roll over to the next period. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or refunded.

3.5 Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) Overage

Pro and Business Subscribers benefit from continuous Agent operation: when your monthly credit allocation is exhausted, Agent runs continue and overage credits are consumed automatically. Overage is billed in arrears at the end of your billing cycle via Stripe metered billing.

  • Pro overage rate: £0.004 per credit
  • Business overage rate: £0.003 per credit
  • Overage charges appear as a separate line item on your Stripe invoice alongside your subscription fee
  • Optional spend cap: You may set a monthly overage cap in pounds from your account settings. Once your overage spend reaches that cap, Agent runs are paused and you are alerted. You may raise or remove the cap at any time.
  • Creative Sauce reserves the right to suspend overage privileges if payment of a prior overage invoice fails

4. Dashboard Dependency and Service Availability

Critical Terms: Platform Access and Provider Reliance

All Agents are orchestrated through Creative Sauce's cloud Platform and accessed via the Dashboard. Agent execution itself depends on third-party AI providers whose API keys you supply under the Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) model set out in Section 4a below.

4.1 Dashboard Dependency

Agent orchestration, scheduling, configuration and output storage are entirely dependent on your active subscription and continuous access to the Dashboard. There is no offline, downloadable, self-hosted, or standalone version of the Platform.

4.2 Subscription and Access Requirements

To use the Agents, you must maintain an active subscription, have an active authenticated connection to the Dashboard, and have at least one valid third-party AI provider API key connected to your account (see Section 4a).

4.3 Upon Subscription Expiry or Cancellation

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or is terminated for any reason:

  • (a) Dashboard Access Revoked: Your access to the Dashboard will be immediately revoked and you will no longer be able to log in or access any Agents.
  • (b) All Agents Suspended: All Agents associated with your account will be immediately suspended and will not perform any tasks or functions.
  • (c) API Keys Destroyed: Any encrypted third-party API credentials stored under BYOK will be immediately and permanently destroyed.
  • (d) No Data Retention Beyond 30 Days: All of your outputs, configurations, customisations, and account data will be retained for 30 days after subscription termination, after which they will be permanently deleted.
  • (e) No Replication or Circumvention: You may not attempt to replicate, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer any Agent functionality outside of the Dashboard or after your subscription ends.
4.4 No Alternative Access

There is no mechanism to export Agents, download functionality, or access Agent services through any means other than the Dashboard. You acknowledge and accept this as a condition of using the Service.

4a. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) and Third-Party AI Providers

Critical Terms: Customer-Supplied API Credentials

AgentConsole HQ operates on a Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) model. To run an Agent you must connect one or more valid API keys from supported third-party AI providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google (Gemini) and xAI (Grok). By connecting a key you confirm and agree to the following.

4a.1 Ownership and Authority

You warrant that each API key you submit belongs to an account you own or are authorised to use, and that you have the right to grant Creative Sauce permission to invoke that account's API on your behalf to execute Agent runs.

4a.2 Encryption and Handling

All BYOK API credentials are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault (pgsodium). Keys are only decrypted inside a server-side function at the moment an Agent run is executed, and are never logged, cached, or returned to any browser. Only the last 4 characters of any stored key are ever displayed back to you.

4a.3 Provider Costs Are Your Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for every charge, fee, quota, rate limit, overage, and other cost that the third-party AI providers impose on the account associated with your API keys. Creative Sauce does not meter, cap, subsidise, reimburse, or control these costs in any way. Our subscription fees cover only the Platform itself, not the cost of Agent execution.

4a.4 Provider Availability

Agents rely on the continued availability, pricing, terms, model capabilities and policies of third-party AI providers. Creative Sauce has no control over these providers and makes no warranty regarding their uptime, accuracy, or continued operation. If a provider changes its terms, deprecates a model, increases its prices, blocks your account, revokes your key, or ceases operation, the affected Agents may fail, degrade, or become unavailable. You accept this risk as a condition of using the Service.

4a.5 Provider Terms Apply

Your use of each third-party provider is governed by that provider's own terms of service, acceptable use policy and privacy policy, which you accepted when you created the account that issued the API key. You are responsible for complying with those terms. Creative Sauce is not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party AI provider.

4a.6 Revocation

You may revoke any stored API key at any time from the API Keys section of your Dashboard. Revocation takes effect immediately and destroys the encrypted copy. Revoking all keys for a given provider will cause Agents that depend on that provider to fail until a new key is connected.

4a.7 Demo and Trial Runs

Creative Sauce may, at its sole discretion, allow a limited number of demonstration runs on Creative Sauce's own provider keys during a trial period or evaluation. Such runs are capped, not guaranteed, and do not form part of the Service you are entitled to under your subscription.

4a.8 Agents Requiring Third-Party Tool Subscriptions

Some Agents are designed to integrate with third-party business tools beyond AI providers. These Agents require you to hold a valid account, subscription, or API credentials with the relevant third-party service. Current examples include:

  • Social Scheduler - requires an active account with Buffer, Hootsuite, or Publer to queue and publish social content. These services have their own free and paid tiers. You are responsible for maintaining your subscription with the chosen provider.
  • Invoice Chaser - requires an active subscription to Xero or QuickBooks to access invoice data. These are paid accounting platforms. You are responsible for your subscription costs with those providers.
  • Lead Qualifier - requires a HubSpot CRM account (free tier sufficient) to access lead records. You are responsible for compliance with HubSpot's terms of service regarding API access and data handling.
  • Data Entry Agent - may connect to Google Sheets via the Google Sheets API. A standard Google account is sufficient at no additional cost.

Creative Sauce is not responsible for the cost, availability, performance, data handling, or terms of any third-party tool you connect to an Agent. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights, subscriptions, and authorisations required to use those tools via the Platform. If a third-party tool changes its API, revokes your access, or alters its pricing, the relevant Agent may fail or become unavailable. Creative Sauce will use reasonable efforts to update Agents to maintain compatibility, but makes no guarantee of continued integration.

4b. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Critical Terms: Outputs May Be Inaccurate

Agents produce outputs using large language models and other generative AI systems operated by third-party providers. You must understand and accept the following before relying on any Agent output.

4b.1 No Warranty of Accuracy

Agent outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, misleading, biased, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinated"). Creative Sauce makes no warranty, express or implied, that any Agent output is accurate, factual, fit for any particular purpose, free from error, or suitable for reliance without independent verification.

4b.2 Not Professional Advice

Agent outputs must never be treated as legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, health, safety-critical, regulatory, or other professional advice. You must always consult a suitably qualified professional before acting on any output that touches on these areas.

4b.3 Review and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, fact-checking and approving every Agent output before publishing, sending, filing, submitting or acting upon it. Creative Sauce is not responsible for any loss, damage, embarrassment, regulatory consequence, reputational harm or other liability arising from your use of AI-generated content, including content that turns out to be inaccurate, defamatory, infringing or unlawful.

4b.4 Training Data and Third-Party Content

Third-party AI providers train their models on large public datasets which may include copyrighted, biased, or outdated material. Creative Sauce has no control over how these models were trained and cannot guarantee that outputs are free from bias or from resemblance to third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring that any output you publish or use commercially does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

4b.5 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Creative Sauce harmless from and against any claim, demand, loss or liability arising from your use, publication or reliance on any Agent output, except to the extent directly caused by Creative Sauce's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform and Agents only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You specifically agree not to:

Creative Sauce reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All Agents, including their code, algorithms, artificial intelligence models, configurations, designs, and underlying technology, are the exclusive property of Creative Sauce Ltd. You retain no ownership or intellectual property rights to any Agent regardless of how long you use it or how extensively you customise it.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any original content you create and upload to the Platform, such as prompts, brand settings, configurations, and custom instructions. However, you grant Creative Sauce a licence to use, store, and process this content to deliver the Service.

Custom Agents (Agent Builder): Agents created by Subscribers using the Agent Builder tool remain the property of Creative Sauce Ltd. While you own the configuration inputs you provide (instructions, brand settings, data source selections, and scheduling preferences), the resulting Agent - including its execution logic, integration with the Platform's infrastructure, and any learned behaviours - is and remains the intellectual property of Creative Sauce. Custom Agents are hosted exclusively on the Platform, cannot be exported, downloaded, or transferred, and are subject to the same Dashboard Dependency provisions set out in Section 4. If your subscription ends, all custom Agents are suspended and their configurations are deleted after the 30-day retention period. Creative Sauce reserves the right to use anonymised patterns from custom Agent configurations to improve the Platform and develop new Agent templates for all users.

Anonymised Data: Creative Sauce may collect, analyse, and use anonymised and aggregated data from your use of the Platform to improve Agents, develop new features, and enhance the Service. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

Data Protection Compliance: Creative Sauce processes your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and all applicable UK data protection laws.

8. Payment and Billing

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

8.1 Subscription Charges
  • Pro monthly: £39 per month, charged on the same date each month
  • Pro annual: £372 per year (equivalent to £31/mo), charged upfront
  • Business monthly: £69 per month, charged on the same date each month
  • Business annual: £660 per year (equivalent to £55/mo), charged upfront
  • You may cancel at any time from your Dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused credits, except during the cooling-off period (see Section 8.3)
8.2 PAYG Overage Billing
  • Pro and Business Subscribers may incur overage charges if Agent runs exceed the monthly credit allocation
  • Overage is metered in real time and billed by Stripe in arrears at the end of each monthly billing cycle, even on annual plans
  • Pro overage rate: £0.004 per credit; Business overage rate: £0.003 per credit
  • Overage charges are itemised separately on your Stripe invoice
  • You may set an optional monthly overage spend cap in your account settings. Once the cap is reached, Agent runs are paused until the next billing cycle or until you raise the cap
  • Creative Sauce reserves the right to suspend overage privileges or the subscription if overage invoices remain unpaid
8.3 Cooling-Off Period

You have 7 days from the date of your first paid subscription charge to request a full refund of that subscription fee, with no questions asked. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. PAYG overage charges are non-refundable once an overage invoice has been issued.

8.4 Failed Payments
  • If a subscription or overage payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days
  • If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended and Agent runs paused
  • A suspended account may be reactivated by updating your payment method in the Dashboard

9. Termination of Accounts

Termination by You: You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by logging into your Dashboard and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting us at hello@creativesauce.io.

Termination by Creative Sauce: Creative Sauce may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if:

10. Limitation of Liability

As-Is Service: The Platform and Agents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Creative Sauce makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the Agents, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any AI-generated output (see Section 4b).

Third-Party Provider Liability: Creative Sauce is not liable for any failure, outage, rate limit, account suspension, pricing change, billing dispute, data handling decision, or other action taken by a third-party AI provider whose API keys you have connected under the BYOK model (see Section 4a). Any dispute with such a provider is strictly between you and that provider.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Sauce's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Creative Sauce in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Excluded Damages: In no event shall Creative Sauce be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Uptime Target: Creative Sauce targets 99.5% uptime for the Platform. However, this is a target only and not a guarantee. We are not liable for unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

Creative Sauce may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice of any material changes via email to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the notice period expires constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of England and Wales, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

12a. Support Chat

The Platform includes an AI-powered support chat widget ("Support Chat") available on public-facing pages. By using the Support Chat you acknowledge and agree to the following.

12a.1 AI-Generated Responses

Support Chat responses are generated by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They do not constitute binding advice, account confirmations, or contractual commitments from Creative Sauce. Always verify important information by emailing hello@creativesauce.io.

12a.2 No Message Storage

Support Chat conversations are not stored or retained by Creative Sauce after the session ends. Each conversation is stateless: when you close the chat or navigate away, the conversation history is cleared and cannot be retrieved. Do not use the Support Chat to share sensitive data you would need us to retain.

12a.3 No Personal or Account Data

The Support Chat is not connected to your account, subscription, billing records, or API key vault. It cannot access, view, or modify any personal data Creative Sauce holds about you. Do not share API keys, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive credentials in the chat - the chat cannot use them and doing so creates unnecessary risk.

12a.4 Account Issues

For any matter requiring access to your account - billing disputes, refund requests, subscription changes, login issues, API key problems, or data subject rights requests - you must contact Creative Sauce directly at hello@creativesauce.io. The Support Chat cannot action these requests.

12a.5 Scope

The Support Chat is trained to answer questions about AgentConsole HQ only. It will not assist with topics outside this scope. Creative Sauce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove the Support Chat at any time without notice.
